About Me

As the director of LotLogic, a development and buyers advocacy business dedicated to helping landowners, investors, and buyers navigate the often-complex world of property subdivision and acquisition.

With a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of Sydney and over a decade of experience in the property and infrastructure sector, I've worked at the forefront of urban development with some of the global leading development organisations & projects, such as Lendlease's Figtree Hill & Stockland's Elara. My career has spanned the successful delivery of large-scale masterplanned communities, major road projects, critical infrastructure projects, and residential developments across NSW.

Throughout these roles, I have developed expertise across all phases of the development lifecycle:

  • Masterplanning & Strategy – ensuring projects align with commercial objectives, community vision, and long-term growth.
  • Subdivision & Infrastructure Delivery – coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex land, civil, and utility works, including roads, bridges, parks, open space, and community facilities.
  • Financial Forecasting & Commercial Acumen – managing multi-million-dollar budgets, cashflow forecasts, and cost planning, with a strong focus on risk and opportunity management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – negotiating with councils, government agencies, consultants, and contractors, while also liaising directly with customers, investors, and communities.
  • Procurement & Negotiation – leading tender processes, consultant appointments, and divestment strategies for retail and medium-density precincts.

LotLogic was born from this foundation of experience. I recognised that many landowners and buyers struggle with the complexity of subdivision, approvals, and acquisitions. My mission is to bridge that gap by offering clear, evidence-based advice and hands-on project management. Whether it's navigating a two-lot strata subdivision or shaping the vision for an entire estate, I provide clients with the confidence, strategy, and tools to achieve the best outcome.
